CONGRESS HAS AN ADDICTION TO KOCH   FLINT WATER HEARINGS: NO OVERSIGHT, NO CRIME, NO FOUL On Monday it was confirmed that Gov. Rick Snyder will not be called to testify before the Congressional Government Oversight and Government Reform Committee as once believed. The hearings are scheduled to begin Wednesday, February 3 , 2016.  House Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R) UT, will act as Chairman.  In addition, the witness list released contained only five names, Governor Snyder excluded.
