AN ATTACK UPON OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM  OUR LIBERTIES AND THE RULE OF LAW IS A STEP TOWARD TYRANNY In a matter of mere days AG Bill Barr allowed a leak from the DOJ (Department of Justice) that he as the top man would be reviewing the sentencing guidelines by his own prosecutors. Standard practice within the DOJ allows the prosecution team to follow federal guidelines for sentencing of a defendent found guilty in court. The AG action soon went from a scandal to a constitutional crisis. Bill Barr makes a weak attempt to explain or defend his position issuing statements that are reminiscent of Donald Rumsfeld. Worse, President utilizes the venue of Twitter to add incriminating evidence that makes Barr's "job impossible." It is Bill Barr using his position to offering confusing legalese to further a contradiction in his declarations.
