DEMS BATTLE IN DETROIT,
AN UNDECLARED WAR ON McCONNELL
Last night Pete Buttigieg stood
with a resolve, looking straight into the lens, delivering a challenge to
members of a Republican Party that surrenders to a lawless President. Mayor Pete
gave warning. At the “sunset of their careers” the individual legacy to be written will focus upon a lack of
courage, fear and a failure to uphold the rule of law and the twisted view and
adherence to a false narrative of Christian values they espouse. With that Mayor Pete harnessed the attention of Republicans and their
base.
And then a diminutive MARIANNE
WILLIAMSON with courageous resolve awoke everyone with her gut wrenching punch to
her counterparts of a “truth” that a “dark underbelly, a psychic force” of institutional racism, the command and control
of corporate America.
In essence, she
gave warning that multi-mega corporations continue to undermine the mental, physical
and socio-economic health of Americans. Her takeaway is the Democrats must face
head-on the “dark force” or they will certainly face “dark times” and lose this election.
These became just two of the moments
from Democratic Debate: Part One. The truth is most Americans find the field of
Democrats entering this race is premature. After all, the next Kentucky Derby takes
place on the first Saturday in May 2020.
Senator Amy Klobuchar was the
only candidate to evoke the name Mitch McConnell in his role as “grim reaper”
of the Senate.
Is it not time Mitch McConnell for you face reality?
It
is un-American, betrayal of his oath of office, abuse of his power as Senate
Majority leader, radical right and an obstructionist. There are many Republican
Senators who ask the same question about his refusal to allow common sense gun
and pass bills to protect our Elections. The Grim Reaper has
done literally nothing since President Obama’s election! Unacceptable! Like the
current President he has followed this strategy since 2008. That is 11 years of obstructing any and all legislation
promoting progress for 98% of Americans.
Mitch McConnell and
Republicans have not earned a paycheck for all 11 years. There is no debate, no
Committee hearings and refusal of debate or a simple up or down vote on the
Senate floor. The rare bill he allows to be introduced to the Senate is not
assigned to Committee for deliberation. Instead of the thirty hours of debate
on the floor it is held to merely two hours.
Americans should demand Senate Republican to repay
a proportionate amount of all salaries and benefits to the US Treasury.
Ask yourself: Do you believe
your employer will pay you for thousands of hours of your time for performing
no work?
Seriously, the People are entitled for accountability for their
refusal to work!
Should social Facebook members create a page enlisting thoughtful opinions and record future despicable acts of Senator Mitch McConnell?
Is Mitch McConnell worthy of
Senate & House Oversight Investigation?
His actions regarding Election Protection are suspect at best in light of Russian Interference.
