The President stood tall before an audience with eyes filled with skepticism and disdain from the Republican side of the aisle.  He remained calm, focused and firm as he laid out a real jobs plan.  The delivery some perceive may define this, his first term in office.  President Obama presented to a gridlocked Congress The American Jobs Act .
